Swedish VAT 25% is included in all prices. No additional fees are added other than those listed when you go through with your purchase. You can choose the payment method that suits you best

Payment methods

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Klarna, SWISH and Paypal. When you pay with a credit card, it is handled via Paynova to ensure a fast and secure payment. All information is sent protected according to these terms. The payment exchange Paynova used for all payments meets the requirements of PCI-DSS. Paynova uses fraud screening to prevent credit card fraud

Normal delivery time from Lotta Jewelery is 1-3 days for orders by credit card or Klarna invoice. Some products may have a longer delivery time during the high season. Orders placed before 3 p.m. are often shipped the same day.

All international deliveries are made via PostNord or registered mail to your nearest collection point. For packages that are not picked up, a fee of SEK 250 is charged. This depends on our costs for shipping the package and for getting it returned. If you change your mind after the package has been sent from us, you must still collect it and send it back to us. Otherwise, your purchase will automatically be registered as uncollected and the fee will be charged.

Sometimes an ordered product is out of stock or delayed. You will then receive an email. Contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery times or wish to cancel your order in the event of a delay

Shipping within Sweden: Lotta Jewelery offers free shipping over the sum of SEK 995 if you choose Trackable delivery note. Orders under SEK 995 are sent for a sum of SEK 69. If you choose Registered letter of delivery, it will be sent for a sum of SEK 149. Lotta Jewelery reserves the right to adjust shipping in accordance with price increases. Shipping costs are not refunded for uncollected items.

Shipping within the EU: Orders are sent for a sum of SEK 149. Lotta Jewelery reserves the right to adjust shipping in accordance with price increases. Shipping costs are not refunded for uncollected items.

Return policy

Our terms and conditions apply in our online store, open purchase does not apply in stores.

The right of cancellation and return applies for 14 days for orders via our online store. The product must be in original condition and returned in its original packaging for the buyback to apply, meaning it has not been used. Be sure to always include the original packaging and any labels. Sealed products must be returned with the seal intact to retain the right of withdrawal. The right of cancellation and return applies for 14 days after the date of receipt according to the Consumer Protection Act. Returns are handled within one working week by Lotta Jewellery. Our right of withdrawal covers our classic range, in case of changes (which are not standard selections) this right is lost.

If you want to return or exchange your item by post, please contact us. You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning. An administration fee of SEK 120 is deducted from the return value. If you place a new order or choose a credit receipt in connection with your return, we do not charge a return fee for the order, nor the administrative fee of SEK 120. If you return in store, take the receipt or delivery note with you.

Reimbursement in case of open purchase/right of exchange takes place with the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

Conditions regarding complaints
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your delivery to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transit, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or you must also contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Any complaints should be made to our customer service via our contact form on the contact page or email ([email protected]). Please provide the order number and reason for the complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Lotta Jewelery should be treated as if they were faultless. In all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport. If a returned product has no faults, Lotta Jewelery has the right to exchange defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.

Right to portability:
Every time Lotta Jewelery processes your personal data, in automated ways based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to have a copy of your data transferred to you or to another party. This includes only the personal data that you have sent to us.

Right to rectification:
You have the right to request correction of your personal data if the information is incorrect, including the right to have complete personal data completed.

You have the right to delete all personal data processed by Lotta Jewelery at any time except in the following situations:
* you have an ongoing issue with customer service
* you have an open order that has not yet been shipped or partially shipped
* you have an outstanding debt with Lotta Jewellery, regardless of payment method

Lotta Jewelery has the right to adjust prices, incur additional costs and change product information such as product images and offers without prior notice. The available product images and information texts reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right to any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch.
