Payment

Swedish VAT 25% is included in all prices. No extra fees are added except those listed when you go through with your purchase. You can choose the payment method that suits you best

Payment method

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Klarna, SWISH and Paypal. When you pay with a credit card, it is handled via Paynova to ensure a fast and secure payment. All information is sent protected under these terms. The Paynova payment exchange used for all payments meets the requirements for PCI-DSS. Paynova uses fraud screening to prevent credit card fraud

Invoice

When you pay with a Klarna invoice, an invoicing fee of SEK 29 is added to the invoice. Payment terms 14 days after delivery. Interest for late payment is charged at 2% per month + reference interest. For complete terms, see the following links

Shipping
Normal delivery time from Lotta Jewelery is 1-3 days for orders with credit card or Klarna invoice. Some products may have a longer delivery time during the high season. Orders placed before 15.00 are often sent the same day.

All international deliveries are made via PostNord or registered mail to your nearest collection point. For packages that are not picked up, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged. This is due to our costs for shipping the package and for getting a return. If you change after the package has been sent from us, you must still pick it up and send it to us in return. Otherwise, your purchase will be automatically registered as not collected and the fee will be charged.

Sometimes an ordered product is out of stock or delayed. You will then receive an email. Contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery times or want to cancel your order in case of delay

Shipping outside the EU: Orders are sent for a sum of 120 SEK. Lotta Jewelery reserves the right to adjust shipping in accordance with price increases. Shipping costs are not reimbursed for uncollected goods.

Revocations / Returns / Right of withdrawal
We give you the opportunity to return your goods within 14 days of purchase. The only condition is that the product is returned in its original form, which means that it has not been used. Be sure to always include the original packaging and any labels. Sealed products must be returned with the seal undamaged to retain the right of withdrawal. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Conditions regarding complaints
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your delivery to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged during transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or you should also contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Any complaints should be made to our customer service via our contact form on the contact page or e-mail ([email protected]). Please state the order number and the reason for the complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Lotta Jewelery should be treated as if they were defective. In all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport. If a returned product has no defects, Lotta Jewelery has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been completed, the customer will receive a full refund.

Right to portability:
Each time Lotta Jewelery processes your personal data, in an automated manner based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to have a copy of your data transferred to you or to another party. This only includes the personal information you have sent to us.
