Payment
Swedish VAT 25% is included in all prices. No extra fees will be added except for the ones listed when you go through with your purchase. You can choose the payment method which suits you best.


Credit card
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. When you pay with credit card it is handled through Paynova to ensure fast and secure payment. All information is sent protected according these terms. The payment exchange Paynova used for all payments fulfil the requirements for PCI-DSS. Paynova uses fraud screening to prevent credit card fraud.

Invoice
When paying with Klarna invoice an invoicing fee of EUR 2,90 will be added to the invoice. Payment terms 14 days after delivery. Interest for delayed payment will be charged with 2% per month+ reference interest. For full conditions please see the following links:

Shipping
Normal delivery time from Lotta Jewellery is 1-3 days for orders placed with credit card or Klarna invoice. Some products may have a longer delivery times during high season.

All international deliveries are made via DHL or registrated post to your nearest collection point. For parcels not collected a fee of 29 EUR is charged. This is according to our costs for shipping the parcel and receiving the return. If you change your mind after the parcel has been sent from us you must still pick it up and send it to us in return. Otherwise your purchase will automatically be registered as not collected and the fee charged.

Sometimes a product ordered is out of stock or delayed. You will then receive an email within 1-3 working days. Please contact us if you have any queeries regarding delivery times or would like to cancel your order in case of delay.

Shipping World Wide : Orders ship for a rate of 12 Euro. Lotta Jewellery reserves the right to adjust freight rates in accordance with price increases. Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
Delivery time international orders: Please allow 3-6 days

Reclamations/ Returns/Rights of withdrawal
We grant you the possibility to return your goods within 30 days after purchasing. The only condition is that the product is returned in its original shape, meaning it has not been used. Make sure always to include the original packaging and any branding tags. Sealed products must be returned with the seal undamaged to keep the right of withdrawal. You bear the return freight costs for the package.

COMPLAINTS TERMS
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.

Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page or mail (info@lottajewellery.com). Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Lotta Jewellery should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Lotta Jewellery has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.

Lotta Jewellery has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.          

LIABILITY
Lotta Jewellery responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Lotta Jewellery bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.

FORCE MAJEURE
Lotta Jewellery shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Lotta Jewellery or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Lotta Jewellery

The www.bybillgren.com website may include user generated content from for example social media applications. Lotta Jewellery does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.

RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain in Lotta Jewellery property until full payment is made.

FRAUD
All attempts at fraud reported to the authorities and Lotta Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised. 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and your use of the www.bybillgren.com website are governed by Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Lotta Jewellery right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.

TERMINATION
Lotta Jewellery reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the www.bybillgren.com website at its sole discretion. For example, if Lotta Jewellery suspects that you have breached this terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.

AMENDMENTS
Lotta Jewellery may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Lotta Jewellery.
